When thinking of the match up between the Chicago Bulls and the New York Knicks, one can’t help but think of the Glory days of Michael Jordan and Patrick Ewing. In this heated rivalry last second shots, monstrous dunks, and tenacious D ruled the day. Maybe the best coaches in NBA history faced off when Pat Reilly met Phil Jackson. We even had some of the ugliest in Scottie Pippen’s bug-like expressions, Ewing’s apelike features, Starks and Oakley’s foreboding manner, Rodman’s menacing antics, and who could forget the man child BJ Armstrong amongst others.

Dear readers, LWN is a bit peeved this morning because it seems Buffalo News columnist Rodney McKissic stole my coaching domino effect I have been discussing and passed it off as his own.
